BURDEN OF PROOF NOW ON TRILLANES! PART 1

The BURDEN OF PROOF is now on Sen. Antonio Trillanes.

Trillanes had earlier claimed that he had disclosed the identity of the person behind plunder suspect Carlos Garcia, as purportedly revealed by the latter himself, to Malacanang.

But Malacanang has just DENIED that President Aquino had met with Trillanes on Armed Forces anomalies or the supposed involvement of Angelo Reyes in it.

Paano ngayon yan, senator? Paano mo ipaliliwanag yan?

Remember, guys, Trillanes had specifically pointed to Reyes – first as the person behind Garcia and later on, as one of the principals behind the plunder suspect.

Considering the sensitivity of the issue, it’s but natural for anyone to expect that Trillaes would tell all only to President Noynoy.

But if the senator will say that he had indeed relayed the information to Malacanang other than Aquino, he must reveal TO WHOM immediately and the circumstances behind it.

In the interest of FAIR PLAY and TRANSPARENCY.

Dapat ding ihayag agad ni Trillanes kung ano ang impormasyong inihayag niya, sino ang itinuro ni Garcia na protector, kalian at saan niya kinausap ang taong iyon, at ano ang naging tugon at reaksiyon nito.

There should be no problem for Trillanes to reveal these facts immediately if he had indeed made any disclosure to somebody in Malacanang.

Whoever Trillanes will point to must be cross examined, IN PUBLIC and UNDER OATH, before the Senate. And he must not object to this.

But if he will not name anybody or reveal anything, then that will be a totally different story. If he will say he needs to gather more evidence, then why did he immediately fry Reyes in the Senate, to the point of INSULTING the man by saying he had no reputation to protect, on the mere statement of George Rabusa?

Trillanes will have a VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM OF CREDIBILITY. His handlers had better realize this fast, for his own sake.

  2. Hindi ba kaya ang deal ni P-Noy at ni Trillianes when Trillianes was released from imprisonment was to expose the anomalies at the AFP? Because after his release, parang bolang apoy na naglabasan and mga testigo. Garcia was on hot seat but the true target was the previous administration. In their hope that they can get the BIG FISH they fried first Sec. Reyes, hoping he will talk. But if they do not have enough evidence, everything they are doing is useless.

  3. ano ba pa bang ebidensya ang kailangan mo? reyes was a warm body of evidence. his heat was magnet to the prying noses for hot corrupt animals in the government. but awww, he committed suicide so that now he has turned himself into a cold body of evidence. but nonetheless, he is an evidence that hey, something went really wrong with the millions of pesos of people's money at the afp. don't look now, but reyes killed himself not out of failing efforts to prove his innocence. rather, he killed himself as an admittance and a dare to all of us to pass on the next question to his next-higher-in-rank> the garcied zte'ed "moled" president. the ball is now in our court. is the senate and congress up to the challenge?????

  4. Trillanes would be referred to a dog "all bark and no bite" if he fails to subject himself to thorough investigation and undergo the proper procedure on proving his accusations. How convenient for people to point fingers and destroy other people's reputation and make them look like heroes? Talk about injustice. That is simply unfair. Unfair to people being accused which the law interprets innocent until proven guilty.
