INCLUDE COPS ASSIGNED TO DOMINGUEZ CASES IN PROBE!!

I have a suggestion for police investigators assigned to the  Evangelista-Lozano murders.

ZERO IN on your colleagues, especially those working on the case or the  other cases of the alleged masterminds of the diabolic crime, the Dominguez brothers.

First, there is A VERY STRONG POSSIBILITY that the killers had been tipped off about the police raids on their safehouses in San Fernando, Pampanga, enabling them to escape.

WALANG kriminal na iiwanang WALANG TAO ang safehouse, lalo pa’t may mga ebidensiya doon.  At tiyak naman na ang tanging nakakaalam sa raid ay dalawang grupo lamang – iyong mga KASALI mismo sa susugod o yung mga nagplano.

Second, cases drag on and bail is granted because of weak evidence (officially anyway). The ones keeping the evidence, in the case of the Dominguez brothers, is the police who had busted them before.

Questions: Where are the pieces of evidence to the 19 previous cases filed against the Dominguezes? More importantly, were they COMPLETE when presented to the court. Are they still complete?

Dahil ano ang malay natin kung may dati na palang pinatay sa alinman doon sa 19 na kaso pero hindi lang naiulat sa korte? Puwedeng magpiyansa sa carnaping, tutoo. Pero sa murder, hindi.

Third, has anything been done by the cops in charge of the 19 other cases to help fast-track their resolution? Is anything being done?

It’s true that it’s the court who will decide the cases. And that the police is powerless against the judge. But there have been instances before when the arresting cops themselves protested the slow pace of the trial.

Have the arresting officers and investigators in the 19 other cases done this? Have they at least inquired from the judge, personally or formally, on what seems to be the problem? Did they inform their superiors, or even the PNP General Headquarters, about any problem in the prosecution of the cases?

Sa mga pulis, o kahit na sino pang alagad ng batas, na nakahuli ng kriminal at sa ebidensiyang nakuha nila nagsisimula ang anumang legal na proseso.

In the case of the Dominguez brothers, the cops who have arrested them repeatedly must be asked, immediately, how come they managed to continue with their outlawed business despite the 19 cases.

Whatever they say, or reveal if any, will make it easier for the PNP top brass to go down the line. 30
