Putting the prosecutors in the Carlos Garcia plea bargain under 24-hour surveillance would also make it easier for everyone to find out what really happened.
As I’ve written earlier, if any procedure has to be followed first, somebody had better start it fast.
It would be interesting to find out if the prosecutors are in contact with Garcia, or his lawyers or his family, since the controversy unfolded.
Surveillance can also reveal if the prosecutors have been burning money in posh or super-expensive restaurants or bars, department stores or five-star hotels following the plea bargain.

The prosecutors are the ROOTS of the issue. Everything was triggered by the plea bargain, to which THEY AGREED.
The MOST CRUCIAL consideration here is NOT just the riches Garcia gets to keep for himself, or the REALITY that the plea bargain was done without the consent of the aggrieved party, the Armed Forces.
It’s the CERTAINTY that the Garcia case will be a NEW GATEWAY for THIEVES in Government to enjoy continued freedom while living like KINGS AND QUEENS with our taxes which they had stolen.

What else do they have to fear? There already is A SOLID, LIVE basis to request for a plea bargain in the person of Garcia.
And if they’re turned down, they will still enjoy the LUXURY of being able to complain of UNFAIR TREATMENT or UNFAIR JUDICIAL SYSTEM.
