LET'S FIGHT OIL FIRMS' GREED BY OURSELVES!

Since no senator or congressman will initiate any move to even regulate the UNQUENCHABLE THIRST, or should I say OBSESSION and LUST FOR MONEY of the oil companies, we ordinary mortals had better start waging our own fight.

First, IMMEDIATELY ORGANIZE CARPOOLS among yourselves and use this RELIGOUSLY, and I mean RELIGOUSLY every working day.

If you’re all vehicle owners in your group, make it a rotating carpool or a different vehicle for each day.  Of course, divide the cost of the gas among yourselves.   This way, you ALL SAVE ON GAS OR DIESEL the whole week.

For example, you’re five guys in a group who each spend an average of P500 daily for gas. That’s P2,500 a week. In a rotating carpool, each one of you will only have to share P100 A DAY or ONLY P500 A WEEK for gas.

Second, STRICTLY MINIMIZE, and I mean reduce, the use of your vehicles out of LAZINESS and LUXURY.

If you’re going to Mass and the church is just two to three streets away, WALK or ride in a tricycle instead of using your vehicle. Do the same thing if you’re just visiting a friend within the same distance or one to two more streets away.

Third, if there’s no carpool, planned or existing, ride public transport MORE OFTEN than you use your vehicle in going to work.

You can just imagine the MILLIONS OF LITERS of gas in savings for everyone, and lost sales to the oil companies, if these measures will be practiced RELIGIOUSLY by vehicle owners.

Fourth, keep on pounding our senators and congressmen, even Malacanang, for steps to STOP the oil companies from leading us to an ENDLESS ROAD TO  CALVARY just to stuff  their BOTTOMLESS pockets with our cash.

Whoever plays deaf and dumb, DISREGARD HIM OR HER Not just in the 2013 but in ALL ELECTIONS FOREVER.

It’s getting OBVIOUS as time passes that we CAN NEVER RELY on senators and congressmen, or whoever is in Malacanang, to stand up against oil companies and tell them “SOBRA NA ANG KASUWAPANGAN N’YO.”

We have to do it ourselves, CONSISTENTLY.

Six of our friends on “With Merci impeached, everybody shut up, now!” :

MARLENE DAMOLO HOWE of Tacoma, Washington, USA:

If this is going to be a victory in the end, then let's not stop there! Let's clean the house from top to bottom. We have ongoing corruption cases like Garcia, Ligot et al. I'm sure we have a lot to do and it's not going to be easy.

PERRY DIAZ of California, USA

The final battle will be in the Senate. The House will appoint the prosecution team from among its members. The fun is just about to begin. Abangan!

MERIT SALUD of Bloomfield, New Jersey, USA

Once more Boyet, you brought one thing to our awareness that we almost did not notice it because it was SOOOO obvious! Dapat ang mga congressmen natin, should stop patting their backs and talking about the approved impeachment complaint. Instead they should now consider other measures of national interest which are pending and need their action. TAMA NA ANG PAFORMA!

MA. CRISOSTOMO IBARRA

Boyet we want her boss to be our next target…our bullet is ready….ang daming kasalanan ni Gloria sa bayan

PATRICIA LAUREL
Kaya? Well, ang sabi ni Merci, nasa Senado ang pag-asa nya.

BEN ENTICO of Manila:
Our eyes should be on the Senate now. It should be fully covered by the media. 30

  1. That's good news, at least it proves the dictum true that crime or misdemeanor does not pay. Sana masilo pa si Pandac so justice can be served.
