Look at how MALICIOUS and INHUMAN can some people in the Aquino Administration be!

Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigail Valte now says that the investigation into cash for vehicles received by Catholic bishops from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) is meant to find out if a constitutional prohibition was indeed violated and for what were the vehicles used.

Meaning NO CONSTIUTUTIONAL VIOLATION, or CRIMINAL ACT, has been established UP TO NOW on the part of the bishops.

And yet, the REPUTATION of the recipient-bishops, and for that matter the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP), was SLOWLY and DELIBERATELY DESTROYED with daily press releases by the PCSO on the issue.

With Malacanang WELCOMING the media hype and not lifting a finger to stop it.

And now that the bishops have decided to return the cash for the vehicles, while clarifying that these were not the sport utility type as first claimed by PCSO, come Valte’s statement.

As we say in the vernacular, WINASAK MUNA ANG PAGKATAO bago kinlaro sa madla na HINDI PA NAMAN NAPAPATUNAYAN kung nagkasala nga.

She also said the issue should not affect the partnership between the government and the Catholic Church in giving assistance to the needy.

That’s fair play for you, Aquino Administration style.

To add INSULT to INJURY, Valte said an another statement that “I think the Church and the Government are partners in helping our people. It’s not in question.”

So this is THE WAY THEY treat partners, If this isn’t HYPOCRISY to the max, somebody tell me what it is. I’d appreciate it, promise!

And since Valte herself says the Church and the Government are partners in helping our people, what has the Aquino Administration done about this? Has it extended any help at all to the Church for this partnership? Have you heard or do you know of any, boys and girls? 30

WHEN IT'S LUST, NOT LOVE!

A female former subordinate of mine has just asked my opinion on how can she tell if her boyfriend is only after sex or is sincerely for her love and affection

I gave her a few tell-tale signs. And these apply not only for single ladies but also for married, two-timing women.

First and FOREMOST, when the guy starts asking for sex MORE OFTEN than simply spending sweet private moments with you, or worse if he sets sex as a pre-condition for anything you want, he just wants to FEAST on your bumpers and your ‘private garden’ for as long as he could.

Second, if he wants to record your sexual encounters on video every time and anywhere you do it. That means he doesn’t respect your privacy and dignity as a woman. What makes me say so? Consider this: If the guy really loves you, HE WOULDN’T DO ANYTHING that could possibly shame or humiliate you in the eyes of other people.

Don’t tell me you haven’t heard of porn stuff being circulated through mobile phones.

If you readily believed that he’s doing it only for his personal and private amusement, you’re nothing less than a SUCKER, much as I hate to say it. And what physical, rock-solid guarantee can he give you that nobody else will see the video except him?

Third, if your guy French-kisses you as if the world will end the next day even if you’ve only been apart for several hours, or worse, if he licks your sensitive areas or caresses your body IN PUBLIC, especially in broad daylight, and gives the flimsy excuse that there’s no problem because you’re in his car or in a secluded corner of the office.

Fourth, if he insists on sex or even some heavy petting even if you’re not feeling well or rushing to finish something for school or for the office.

Fifth, if he GETS MAD and raises hell whenever you reject his sexual advances or requests, and would not even listen to your reason as he slams the door or bangs the phone hard enough that you get an instant headache as you start hearing a ring tone in your ears.

If you ladies are in any of these situations, GET OUT if you still have some SANITY and self-respect left In you. Your guy DOESN’T LOVE YOU! You’re not his lover, you’re his SEX TOY!

Sex is a part of Love, but Love is not Sex.

Keep this in mind, girls: If your partner REALLY LOVES YOU, it’s what you like, what you want or what you needs that comes first (that is assuming it’s not illegal or immoral or detrimental to anybody). Not what he wants. 30

WHEN YOUR PARTNER CHEATS, CALL IT QUITS!

Two female friends of mine, from Las PInas and Pasig, are now broken-hearted following their breakup with their lovers of several years. Reason: ANOTHER GIRL!

So allow me to divert from my usual stuff and remind you, boys and girls, on why you should be FIRM AND DECISIVE, and I mean immediately, once CHEATING STRIKES your relationship.

As much as possible, END THE RELATIONSHIP on the spot once your partner cheats on you.

No matter how long you’ve been together. No matter what hellish or earth-shaking trials you’ve gone through. Whether you caught him in or out of another woman’s bed.

CALL IT QUITS!

The cheating is SOILD PROOF that your partner no longer cares for you. Your feelings are no longer important. You’re just another ordinary person, not the special someone you used to be!

By cheating on you, your partner has thrown to the wind everything you’ve been through together. Especially everything you’ve done to keep the relationship strong and happy.

In other words, everything about you HAS BEEN IGNORED by your partner. What could still be a better, and SANER, reason to go on with the relationship? Think about it, AS HARD AS YOU COULD.

Easier said than done? I’ll still agree. Bur consider these:

If you forgive your cheating partner, there’s NO REAL GUARANTEE it won’t happen again. REGARDLESS of how and what kind of promises will be made to you!

Be REALISTIC, guys. As they say in showbiz, MAGPAKATUTOO KAYO!

Forgiving may be divine, as the Bible says. But when it comes to love, eight out of 10 times forgiving FURTHER EMBOLDENS cheating partners.

Your partner will definitely think “Oh, so jI can get away with it with just a few teardrops and an hour or two of sweet nothings” There goes not only the respect for you but more importantly, YOUR DIGNITY.

If you’ll give your cheating partner a second chance, just be sure of two things: You can take, and endure, the repercussions of being looked down on as a SUCKER and you’re tough enough to withstand a more painful form of cheating that will come next.

Otherwise, you’ll only have two places to end up in: the HOSPITAL (regular or mental) or the GRAVEYARD! 30

Nor have I done anything that could have offended any of these groups.

Before he indeed reopens the ‘Jose Pidal” controversy, Senate Blue Ribbon Committee Chairman Teofisto Guingona had better be advised by anyone of three KEY FACTS of the initial probe conducted by the body several years ago.

First: The funds in question were campaign donations, NOT PUBLIC FUNDS. This was not disputed then by Sen. Ping Lacson.

Second: The Anti-Money Laundering Law WAS NOT YET IN EFFECT at the time supposed anomalies in the ‘Pidal’ issue were committed.

Any law can’t be implemented retroactively, can it? Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

Third: All the banks linked by Sen. Lacson to the controversy issued individual certifications saying they were not holding any ‘Pidal’ account.

I hope Sen. Guingona would consult TOP-NOCH lawyers, and I mean INDEPENDENT masters or doctors of laws or of similar degrees of expertise WITH NO LINK whatsoever to Mr. Lacson or any other senator.

With emphasis on whether or not it would be still useful to reopen the ‘Pidal’ controversy considering the foregoing facts.\

If the controversy will indeed be reopened, it would be best for Sen. Guingona to first subject to private and independent authentication whatever new evidence Sen. Lacson says he has.

With FULL MEDIA COVERAGE, in the interest of FAIR PLAY!

If ever, I repeat IF EVER, anything Sen. Lacson presents turns out to be FAKE or a forgery, he should be asked to explain first by the blue ribbon committee before proceeding with the reopening.

When Sen. Lacson made his initial ‘expose’ on the ‘Pidal” issue, I can still remember that he showed a check purportedly for P23 million as part of his proof.

The check later turned out to be for only P23,000. Take it from here, guys! 30

QUESTIONS CURRENT PCSO MUST ANSWER!

Since the current Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) management has been diligently talking about supposed financial anomalies in the agency during the previous administration, it’s to ask them related questions.

Lest we be BRAINWASHED or BLINDED by their serialized attacks on former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (GMA) and her appointees to the point that we won’t bother checking anymore on what they have done, and is doing, with the agency’s money.

Supposedly anomalous disbursements and realignments of funds have been the core of the current PCSO management’s media blitz.

So what about their own disbursements in the one year that they have been in office? WHERE HAVE THEY SPENT the money that had been behind left by their predecessors?

If they have the right to reveal supposed irregularities in the past, the more do we have the right to know what they have been doing with the PCSO’s money.

Among others, the current management cited bishops and congressmen-allies of GMA as among the beneficiaries of luxury vehicles and hundreds of ambulances.

What about their own beneficiaries so far? What forms of assistance have they extended, to whom and how much? Who are the allies of President Aquino among the beneficiaries?

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but I hardly read of any form of assistance that the PCSO has given to any local government unit, senator or congressmen.

Or what has been the benefit, if any, of such an assistance to whom.

If the PCSO management will say they have not extended any, then why not and where the hell is the money of the agency? What are they doing with it?

And let’s not forget financial aid to the sick but poor and to the public hospitals or health institutions which are supposed to look after them.

I haven’t heard of any massive or long-term aid from the current PCSO management to public health – from ambulances or other medical vehicles to multi-million funds for medicines for poorly-stocked state hospitals or even health centers to rehabilitation or upgrade of dilapidated public health facilities and their equipment.

President Aquino mentioned the supposedly miserable condition of public hospitals and their sorry lack of medicines when he ran fr president.

Has the current PCSO done anything about this?

The bottom line is FAIR PLAY and TRANSPARENCY. It’s been a year since the current PCSO management took over so it’s time to ask them what have they achieved, if any.

We have not had any CONVINCING AND SOLID assurance yet that the PCSO’s monies are ALL ACCOUNTED FOR and have been WISELY AND JUDICIOUSLY spent.

If they can scrutinize the past, they’re not immune from public scrutiny either. 30

PING LACSON'S LUST FOR PUBLICITY!

I'M BACK, GUYS!

The INSATIABLE LUST for publicity and UNQUENCHABLE THIRST of Sen. Ping Lacson for anything damaging to say against former President Gloria Arroyo is getting more and more SHAMELESS.

Lacson was quoted in a news story as saying that he obtained documents indicating that Arroyo and her husband Mike were the former owners of used helicopters “forcibly” sold and priced as brand-new to the PNP for P105 million.

But Lacson did not specify the documents and who or what government agency certified these as authentic.

He did not say who processed the payment, when, where and how was it made and other vital details like who approved the deal for the PNP.

Not even who negotiated with the PNP, when and where.Lacson admitted that the PNP officials involved in the deal were complicit partners but they are the least to blame.

But he DID NOT EXPLAIN WHY. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but in Law, the crime of one is the crime of all unless somebody turns state witness and is granted immunity from prosecution.

And take note, boys and girls: Lacson DID NOT NAME the PNP officials in the transaction. Even if the payment came from the PNP and not from the vault of Malacanang.

He could not, or did not say, with certainty that the PNP officials did not earn or pocket anything from the proceeds of the supposedly anomalous sale of the helicopters.

But the senator was categorical from start to finish in his press statement in accusing the former First Couple of the supposed anomalous sale.

Is Lacson SCARED of the PNP officials or are they his FRIENDS? Take your pick, boys and girls.

If this is not a SHAMELESS LUST for media mileage topped by VULGAR POLITICAL VENGEANCE with every possible issue, I will welcome any correction from anybody.

Just be sure you’ll include your name and location and it’s detailed, and not just an expression of your own political views.

I’m not defending the Arroyos. I’m not saying that they’re innocent. I just pointed out the critical details missing in Lacson’s allegations.
