Next time, pipiliin mo ang babatikusin mo ATENG. Nagkamali ka ng babanggain.

ANONYMOUS

Mama Monchang, HINDI NINYO AKO NAPATIKLOP, AT HINDI NINYO AKO MAPAPATIKLOP kailanman. Tandaan mo

Anonymous, IKAW ANG TUMABI!

So to prove to everybody that I had not kept quiet out of fear or in exchange for any consideration, and only on the advice of friends. I will be reposting my blogs on the illegal fish pens in Batangas, along with my daily new blog, today and tomorrow, starting with this one:

An anonymous but obvious defender of Batangas Gov. Vilma Santos-Recto posted six news reports in our blogspot on what she has done so far since the fish kill in the province.

I had stated before that I will no longer come out with anonymous comments. But in the interest of fairness, this will be an exception.

These are the salient points of the news reports:

Santos Recto formed and dispatched various teams to assist local government units affected by the fish kill in Taal Lake on May 26-27. Two backhoes and several dump trucks were dispatched to Talisay, Laurel and Agoncillo.

My reply: I stand corrected on what I had written in our preceding blog that she has been unusually quiet and there has been no known direct order by her on how to deal with the fish kill.

Santos-Recto said the dismantling of illegal fish pens in Taal Lake has been the local government’s endeavor for three years, and that “I’m proud to say na libo na din ang aming natanggal na fish pens diyan.”

But as I had written, the news reports DID NOT IDENTIFY even one illegal fish pen owner and what charges, if any, had been filed against that person by Batangas officials.

As I had also cited in our blog “Corruption in Batangas fish kill,” what makes the names of the illegal fish pen owners SO SPECIAL? If indeed thousands of illegal fish pens have been dismantled in Taal Lake, how come there are still a lot?

What makes Santos-Recto, and all concerned Batangas officials, HELPLESS against the illegal fish pens? The news reports didn’t answer this.

Santos-Recto had earlier warned against overfishing in Taal Lake and ordered the reduction of fish pens there. Yet, neither government functionaries nor fish pen owners – heeded her warning, according to the news reports.

So what did she do about it? Did she ask for help from anyone or anybody? If yes, whom did she approach, when and what happened?

If no, then Ate Vi will have a lot of explaining to do. 30

Simpleng simpleng English kamo? Well, anong akala mo sa mgs Vilmanians tulad mo? Kahit Russian pa ang gamitin mong language, maiintindihan namin yan. Para kang tabloid kung magsulat. Dapat sa iyo sa Tiktik.

Tatandaan ko pangalan mo. Baka kasi may balak kang pumasok sa pulitika. Ako ang magiging numero uno mong kritiko.
Hahamunin kita. Tingnan ko kung may mapala ka.

May mga kaibigan ka naman pala eh. Good for you.

Mr Antonio Nemesio Jr may I know if you were the Governor of Batangas how do you intend to solve the problem of the illegal fishpens in Taal Lake?

How can you disclose the identities of the owners of the illegal fishpens if they are not moving forward to claim such ownership?

If you were the owner of the illegal fishpen, will you come out to the open and tell the whole world that you own it?

Lastly, will you please stop using the good name of Governor Vilma Santos in your idiotic cause.

  10. Mr. Nemesio stop being a critic. Instead, lay down your proposals on how to solve the problems on illegal fish pens.

  12. PEOPLE!!! This is also the same blogger that said Willie Revillame did nothing wrong in his show Willing Willie Jan Jan episode. This blogger said it himself that he based it on what his blog manager told him. He didn't watch the whole episode himself or was at the studio of Willing Willie and yet he said nothing wrong with Willing Willie Jan Jan episode. Look who is talking! You be the judge people... what kind of a person this blogger is. HE IS NOTHING BUT GARBAGE!

  13. Hello there everyone...This blogger doesn't live in Batangas... We know our good governor Vilma Santos better than he does...He based everything he saying on hearsay... he is also the very same person who think Willie R's not at fault with boy dancing provocatively over and over in that episode in Willing Willie. Nemesio got twisted mentality. IGNORE HIM!

Ayaw mong manahimik,Ms.suka and botcha writer. Why blamed our good Governor Vilma Santos-Recto.

  17. I hope this stupid blogger was able to watch Journo last night over TV5 to know what Gov Vi has started and continued doing to solve the fish kill problem of Batangas.

This guy has little knowledge of what responsible journalism is all about that's why he deserves all the tirades he has been getting from Gov. Vi's supporters.

  20. Filipinos like Antonio Nemesio is a national shame.

You have never been a government official so you don't know how to manage even a small baranggay.

Tama ang isang poster dito na how can you expect Gov Vi to name names if the owners of illegal fish cages are nameless?

If you are doing business illegally, will you tell the world who you are?

    ReplyDelete
  21. I don't understand why Mr Nemesio cannot understand the dilemma of our government in solving the illegal fish pens in Batangas.

Are you so naive that you can't understand the fact that crooked businessmen are hiding their real identities in order not to be caught?

I believe that the argument of Mr Nemesio in attacking Gov Vi especially that of her failure to disclose the identities of the people behind illegal fish pens, is really full of holes.

Mr Nemesio, if you are a concerned citizen, please make sure you use your head so you won't be accused of being a moron.

When Vilma Santos ran as governor of Batangas, she won the trust of almost half a million of voters. She's one heck of a leader that manages to get the support and love of her constituents.

Wag kang magtanga-tangahan at magbulag-bulagan.

Vi ah...how pathetic!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Guys, guys, guys.... I think we shouldn't give Nemesing the satisfaction of fulfilling his wildest dream to become famous at the expense of the Governor for all Seasons and Reasons...kunsabagay, knowing Gov.Vi, she always gives people the chance to shine kahit pa pinipilit syang pataubin. That's Gov. Vi - she leaves it all up to the Great I Am to judge...she's certainly not the vindictive type, kaya naman kahit saang laban lagi syang panalo. I salute the lady governor and now I know why she's still the apple of her supporters' eyes all over the world...she has a HEART that throbs for a good cause....mabuhay ang Batangas...Mabuhay si Gov. Vi!!

  28. I sooooooooooo envy the Batanguenos for having a no nonsense governor like Vilma Santos-Recto...kailan lang ay nagpunta ako sa Batangas and ako ay napa-WOW!!!!!!! She turned the province 360 degrees sa kalinisan at kaunlaran....my goodness! What a superb accomplishment, Gov. Vi! You certainly are one in a trillion....hats off to you! Not worth your while, or anyone's, for that matter.
